Definitions

“Company” means Net-Positivity, a division of Adriha International Sdn Bhd. “Customer” or “you” refers to the individual or company whose order for the Goods is accepted by Net-Positivity. “Goods” encompass any goods or services supplied by Net-Positivity.

All orders are subject to the following terms, which prevail over and exclude any other terms stipulated, incorporated, or referenced by you during negotiations or dealings with Net-Positivity.

Sales

All quoted prices include applicable sales taxes and levies as per the laws of Net-Positivity’s jurisdiction. Refunds are eligible if requested within 90 business days for all other purchases. To request a refund for your Net-Positivity purchase, email us at [email protected].

For transactions, you may need to provide relevant information like credit card details, billing address, and shipping info. By submitting such data, you grant us the right to share it with third parties for transaction facilitation. Verification may be required before acknowledging or completing any transaction. By making a transaction, you confirm the lawful use of the products and services.

Net-Positivity will provide reasonable proof of actions for all carbon offset purchases, demonstrating the reduction or sequestration of the promised carbon emissions. This proof will be available on net-positivity.com and may include third-party certification.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased monthly will be billed as per the amount stated during purchase, using the designated payment method. Subscriptions begin upon enrollment and payment confirmation. They automatically renew each month unless canceled. Net-Positivity may change pricing, providing at least 30 days’ notice. Subscriptions can be canceled by contacting Net-Positivity. The company reserves the right to cancel subscription services.

Legal Construction / Force Majeure / Exports

Net-Positivity is not liable for any breach of these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including government actions, war, natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply delays. The company may delay or cancel any purchase accordingly. Net-Positivity can modify these terms with
prior written notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysia laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim arising from products, services, or these terms is the state and federal courts of Malaysia. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Net-Positivity, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. Notices (including changes to terms) may be made via the site, email, or regular mail.
